ZigBoat™ Door/Porthole Sensor
The Porthole/Door sensor detects and reports opening and closing of doors and portholes. Easily installed on any door or portholes, it triggers a signal when parted. This lets you know when a room is entered, if a porthole or a door has been left open, etc.
ZigBoat™ is an innovative ZigBee/WiFi wireless system for monitoring and interacting with your boat either remotely or while on board ensuring safety and peace of mind with no monthly fees or subscription. The ZigBoat™ consists of a core module (Gateway) and a series of standard and optional sensors that can be added to your specific needs. Thanks to ZigBee and Wi-Fi wireless technologies, which have direct communication with onboard sensors without the need for a cloud, ZigBoat™ sends real-time push notifications when critical events occur. Using the ZigBoat™ app, you can check boat information that is being monitored by the system.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@a-teammarine.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return materials authorization (RMA) form will not be accepted. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-order products (such as special orders or customized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted your refund will be issued.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment. Please understand that we have no control over the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
