Hot Rims Chrome Wheel Cleaner
Meguiar’s Hot Rims Chrome Wheel Cleaner is formulated specifically for safe and effective cleaning on chrome-plated wheels. The advanced chemistry works quickly to break down and remove grime, dirt, grit, and brake dust from chrome wheels with powerful cleaners and foaming agents. It also contains Meguiar’s specialized Xtreme Cling foam that allows the formula to cling vigorously to vertical surfaces and more effectively dissolve anything between your chrome and a brilliant “mirror-like” shine!
Wheel Type & Finish
With all the different ways to manufacture a wheel, the use of different materials, and various finishing processes, it can often make it really challenging to determine what your wheels are made of and what the surface is you’re working with. Ultimately using the wrong product on the wrong surface can quickly cause permanent damage to your wheels, brakes, and even aftermarket suspension components.
Tips For Use:
- Use in a well-ventilated area on a cool wheel in the shade.
- For genuine chrome-plated wheels ONLY.
- Rinse the wheel thoroughly with water.
- Clean one wheel at a time.
- Spray wheel and tire holding bottle 6-8 inches away.
- Wait a maximum of 15 seconds to allow the cleaner to penetrate. Do not allow the product to dry. For heavy build-up, agitate with a wheel brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Dry wheel with a clean towel or premium microfiber.
- NOT safe on anodized, magnesium, uncoated aluminum, powder coated, PVD coated, aftermarket or motorcycle wheels and painted or colored brake components.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@a-teammarine.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. For returns requested because of an error on our end, we’ll send you a return shipping label to cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return materials authorization (RMA) form will not be accepted. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-order products (such as special orders or customized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted your refund will be issued.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment. Please understand that we have no control over the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
